This policy explains what we collect when you complete our funding application, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect the answers you give in the application: requested amount, purpose, timing, time in business, industry, monthly deposits, banking and advance details, estimated credit range, business name, state, your role, name, email, and mobile number. We also record standard technical details such as IP address, browser, and marketing source parameters from the link you arrived through.
How we use it
We use your information to match you with independent funding providers and to contact you about your request. We do not make credit decisions and we do not pull your credit as part of this application.
Who we share it with
We share your application with independent funding providers and specialists in our network so they can prepare options and contact you. We do not sell your information for unrelated advertising.
Messaging and consent
If you check the consent box, you agree to be contacted by call, text, and email about business funding, including autodialed and prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing privacy@squaredealfunding.com.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
When you submit the application we collect the answers you provide, your name, email address, mobile number, and technical details such as your browser and the marketing source of your visit. To show you relevant funding offers on other sites, and to stop showing you ads once you have been funded, we may share scrambled (hashed) versions of your email address and phone number with advertising platforms including Google, Microsoft, and Meta. Those hashed identifiers cannot be read back as your email or phone number; they are only used to match you to your own records on those platforms. We never share your application answers with advertising platforms.
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, we record your preference and do not queue your details for ad matching at all.
You can also opt out at any time by entering your email address below. We will stop sharing your details for ad matching and cancel anything still queued.
